My SONY DSC-P5 was stolen on 6-9-2003 at 
05:20 pm in the Landscape Park Duisburg-North 
at the execution of my hobby.

The whole matter is very regrettable because I had talked with the thief for some time about kite flying and the aerial picture photography. He helped me with the start of my kite and with catching up the cord and other things. After he had won my confidence, he catched the camera complete with bag at an unobserved moment and said goodbye with the words: " I go to buy a coke for you and me and I´m back in 5 minutes". After approx. 3 minutes I then noticed the loss of the camera.

It was stolen:

• The camera SONY DSC P5 with the serial number: 00744953
• A 128 MB SONY Memorystick which was in the camera.
• A Li ion accumulator, type SONY NP FC10, 3.6 V, 2.4 Wh, also in the camera.
• Two SONY Memorystick with each 64 MB and one SONY Memorystick with 8 MB in a little box.
• A little black camera bag.

Without charger and Memorystick-Reader the camera is worthless for the thief. For me the theft represents, however, a great loss, because the acquisition price of the stolen parts was approx 1250.- EURO and I can´t use my KAP Rig#4 any more.

That´s it with KAP for the next time.......
